You live in a toxic environment

Warning! You live in a toxic environment!

Ever noticed how often you feel down, tired and even have a headache after a talk with friends or family?

Check this out… you might be living in a toxic environment.

Do you remember a time in your life when you had a great mood, buzzing, excited for a meeting or a party?
And there you go, ready to socialize and shine, but then something begins to happen…
You meet with your friends and one after another they start sharing some sad stories and troubles they have in their life at the moment. Of course, you are filled with empathy and listen carefully and try to bring up your best advice.

But at some point, you start feeling tension,

Maybe even a bit down, your good mood starts disappearing.

You start sharing back all the negativity from your life as well,
And the saddest thing that can happen is instead of having a good time, you actually spend the night complaining, judging the others and pointing out how life is unfair and harsh on you.

Have you had experiences like this, my friends? If you did and still do, don’t worry.
The good news is … it’s not your fault at all.

And whilst this is very common, it doesn’t need to be and there is a way out of it.

Here is something interesting to be considered…

Complaining can become a habit.

It can lead to seeing the world through a negative filter all the time and not be aware of doing so. You can completely identify with your negative thoughts and stories. By repeating it over and over again you keep these negative emotions, which are attached to the thoughts, alive. Even in a positive state of mind when you buy into the sad and negative stories of your surroundings, it so easy to cross the healthy friendship line and strengthen and even enlarge the negative energetic field.

Finally, we have a negative energy field that is self-sustained. It feeds on your emotions and brings more negative thoughts on the surface.

Sadly this is not helpful at all not for you nor your friends. It becomes an endless complaining circle hour after hour, meeting after meeting.
Until maybe pure luck or insight in a moment of clarity occurs. Whereby we realise that although we have the best intentions to support one another, by dwelling on our stories we actually make them more painful and we are slowing down the healing process.

Want to stay in this toxic environment forever?

I don’t think so…

If you finally want to change the way you feel, to change your life into a positive, beautiful story, you only need to understand and see deeply under your human nature the following thing…

Going over and over again your sad story will not give you the answer…

The true answer lies within your pure consciousness, pure soul.

It would be unique and with an alliance with your purpose on planet Earth.

Everything else is just a metaphor, pointers and examples. A thousand opinions, thousand realities, but neither of them is your reality.

Look for the answer in the right place and you will have it eventually.

Of course, it is in our human nature to share, to look for help and support from our loved once. Nothing wrong with it. It is completely natural. However, it is essential to be aware not to cross the healthy line.
Let’s think about what type of friend I am?  Am I a supportive and positive one, or I drifted down the spiral of negativity?

Decision time

If you find yourself in the spiral, maybe it’s time to look within. To take a break and time to reflect on your own. Really start doing whatever activities bring you up and lift your spirit.

Fill your life with beauty, art and positivity. Take responsibility for your feelings and thoughts. Create and be a part of wonderful stories which you can later share with inspiration and enthusiasm.

How does this sound to you? Does it resonate with you?

I hope it does. Cause if you take this on board my friend and start applying it right now you will see wonders.

Focus on the happy thoughts, cherish the warm and positive emotions and moments, and act with kindness and goodness. You won’t regret it.

Good luck and let me know how you getting on!

Speak to you soon

With love,
