Again and again… it’s always the same. It’s all about love. No, I haven’t read Gabriel García Márquez’s book.
I vaguely remember watching a movie with the same headline yet this topic is bouncing in my head for days.
Maybe it is my metaphor for feeling and being LOVE in difficult times. Times, we live at this very moment. All of us, no matter where we are in this physical world. We can’t hide anymore, we can’t run anymore, we have to face it. And no, it is not this invisible enemy, everyone is talking about. Still, it is an enemy we are so familiar with – FEAR.
The Power of Fear
Fear that paralyses us, fear that makes us do foolish things, fear that prevents us from being in our natural state of mind. The same Fear that clouds our judgment and rocks our hearts.
Some of us feel lonely, many of us are isolated facing this situation all alone.
And it is much more difficult to be physically alone in such times, doesn’t it?
Listen to this…
What uncertain times do is to tackle the most vulnerable places in your spirit. It brings them to the surface. It shows them to you from the inside.
And you have a choice to make… either gather your divine strength and confront them or run away, let the negativity control you. Feeling like a scared little child running towards the comforting hug of the darkness.
It is the easy way, my friends.
Blaming ….
Judging…..
To discourage…. and forget who you are.
To be completely consumed by the scary scenarios in your head.
The Media
And the MEDIA helps for all this noise inside your mind.
Someone out there knows exactly how human psychology works. This someone knows how to control the masses.
I don’t need to say it, …
I believe you already know the answer to the question “How”:
By describing an apocalyptic future, the losses – loss of loved once, loss of finances, loss of Freedom…
What a picture, my friends, I’m sure someone is going to make a movie out of it. And it would be a blockbuster.
Oh, Sunny Days
Except, today is a Sunny day. Moreover, today is a day when everything is possible. Sun is shining again. And there is hope.
There is hope because a big chunk of people are awakening. They have chosen to practise love no matter what. To Accept the situation rather than being against it. To follow their wisdom and act on the good thoughts.
I love this metaphor ….
Imagine the blue sky…. feel the sun touching your naked skin. Joy in your heart and a smile on your face.
And out of nowhere massive grey clouds are covering the sky. You don’t like it but you can’t control it. And with the heavy clouds, heavier goes your heart.
You have guessed it, right?
These dark clouds represent your negative thoughts. And if you try to play with them it will get worse. The more you focus on them the more they come. To the point where you can’t see the sun anymore.
Though instead of focusing on something you don’t have control over…
If you just let it be.
Enjoy the rain. If you could see it, as beautiful warm drops, washing away all the negativity, all the insecurity.
When you surrender you will see the Truth. The Sun is still there. It still shines, so does your soul. It can’t be destroyed because it’s eternal. It’s not from this world.
Furthermore, you start feeling the warmth of the Sun even when you can’t see it. Because you know now.
You know it is ok…,
understand the nature of thought…,
recognise the divine laws of nature.
Wind will come …. and it will clear the sky. And the Sun which has always been there in a first-place will shine brightly again. You will smile and laugh and dance. It was only temporary. Now you are home again. And you didn’t have to do anything. It happened by itself.
In short…
“Even in the darkest hour, there is light”
And this light is inside of you.
Take a second here and pause …
May these words be with you in a time of despair. May they guide you and take you home.
If you just see the truth behind the words, you will know there is nothing scary out there.
Certainly, you know now a bit more than just minutes ago…
And on this note, I will leave you.
Speak with you again very soon.
With all my love,
Dimmi
