Have you ever wondered how no matter how hard and hopeless life has been for some people, they still look and feel happy?
Have you found yourself spending hours and hours thinking about past events? How does it work for you?
I have been there a thousand times dwelling upon past events going deeper and deeper and thinking and overthinking, asking the same questions like ‘What if’, ‘why me’, ‘If only’. Sometimes the past images become so vivid and vibrant that we start feeling exactly the same as when the event happened. And it gets worse …
You end up wondering will the things ever be good again … , Feeling hopeless… No light anywhere… You even wonder if maybe one day soon you will end up with a #depression, and never be happy again. It can continue with years, the past negative events coming to your mind again and the feeling is still there and still sad and heavy.
All that suffering can affect all of your life. It can paralyze you, you know that, right?
Bear in mind the Past is not only something happened years or months ago. Past is yesterday, the previous hour or the minute that’s already gone. Can we change the past? No. What is then the point reliving a negative event or situation over and over again, just to make ourselves more and more miserable every time?
All of this because you don’t know how to stop the past having such an effect on you, torturing you. How to stop your heart from crying …
Sadly, staying on this path is a recipe for disaster.! !It all comes down to this…! !
We as human beings still believe that the past exists.!
We innocently believe that digging in the past, analysing and reliving the same negative experience will somehow teach us a lesson, gives us an answer. Makes us better. We believe the Past is real and even that it’s part of who we are… And this is not true. Yes, I’m saying it.
Guess what, the past doesn’t exist in the present moment. It’s over.
The only thing that keeps it alive is your thinking about it. So what is the answer to this challenge? Check this out…
All you need to do is ensure that you really deeply see for yourself that the memories are just thoughts or spiritual energy carried through time.
It’s fine to engage with it when it’s a beautiful memory because it brings with itself this beautiful feeling that we all want to live in.
The good news is we have all the answers to all of our questions inside of us. We are born with all the knowledge. The only thing which stays in our way is our thinking. We will not find the answer in the past, it will unfold before our eyes with a beautiful feeling in the present moment.
So we are only one moment away to be where we want to be and feel how we want to feel if we are not there and don’t feel good right now.
It’s great when we have good and happy memories. They are healthy thoughts and it’s good for us to go back to them because it gives us a nice loving feeling in the now.
In the Now is when the magic happens.
The present moment is all we have, it’s so special and we are never going to have it again.
When we are not in our memories. When we are not in our dreams we are here and now and we should listen. Listen until the next step reviles itself in front of your eyes. The beauty of life lies in these so simple moments when we stop and admire the Nature, the living things, the smile of our loved once, children’s laugh. When our senses are so open so we can feel the hug, the kiss, look into each other’s eyes, taste the food, smell the coffee. And the bliss of that moment, the light and the sudden joy out of nowhere. No explanation, just the feeling.
There is an Intelligence far greater than us. It is our guide and when we listen and go with it we feel whole, complete, grateful – #enlightened.
If we follow this feeling it will let us to where we should be. Where we will feel the happiness and inner peace.
Take this stuff on board, my friends. Trust me you will be glad you did.
Enough from me for today, More to come very soon,
With Love,
