We just want to know how don’t we?
Is this real love – we wonder days and nights, we don’t sleep we don’t eat. We just want to know.
We’ve been lied before, we’ve been hurt and suffered a thousand times. But finally, have we found it? Is this the real one or just another illusion of the mind.
My Friend, I want to clarify something from the beginning here.
Love is all there is. Love is pure consciousness, not contaminated with a personal thought.
When we say real love – may be in the best case scenario we mean unconditional love.
No rules, no labels, no limits.
I want you to be honest here and answer this question.
Have you ever felt unconditional love?
And I have in mind romantically.
Ask yourself, was there – wanting, demanding, judgement, conditions, fear, guilt … and so on.
Maybe you think for yourself at the moment – yeah, but it can’t be all roses and happiness.
I’m asking: Why? Why not?
Yes, we are human beings and human beings have different conditions and states of mind.
However, knowing more about human nature makes us compassionate, understanding and easily forgiving our partners.
It is that simple.
How about this statement? …
We know we love someone when we want him to be happy.
Selflessly.
Which means we want the best for them no matter if that involves us or not. Our heart is filled with love, light and warm feeling when thinking about this person. And if he feels the same way, perfect. We can build a relationship. Grow together. Share our time, memories, worries together.
Be there for one another. Be respectful and grateful for this beautiful feeling inside us.
Yet what about when there is doubt?
When our mind is full of questions? Insecurities.
A busy mind is not a happy mind. The moment thousand thoughts fly in our conscious mind we become overwhelmed and confused. If we start digging for answers in the busy mind I guarantee we won’t find any.
We will never know intellectually whether we love someone or not and vice versa.
For sure, we might think we know and truly believe in it but most of the time we are just hypnotising ourselves.
We have to look within.
The love signs
Often we look for some signs… for specific behaviour or words, a level of intimacy even…
Maybe here is a good time to say that most of the time we get these signals totally wrong. Consequently, we end up in pretty awkward situations.
How many times you had this conversation with your friends – men or women.
“He said he loves me, but he is not acting like someone in love. I’m confused…”
“Shouldn’t he call me more if he really likes me…?” ext.
It’s like we always try to guess what he/she really means and how he feels.
If we rely on these external behaviours or signs most of the time we find ourselves running in circles. Never satisfied, always doubting and wanting proofs.
That sounds a bit exhausting, doesn’t it?

Have you been there yourself?
I know I’ve been for sure, many times. Maybe too many. Not sure where we were, too scared to have an honest conversation. Fear of losing what we’ve got although I wasn’t completely comfortable in the relationship.
All of these doubts only make our mind busier. It gets foggier. Somewhere on the road, we lose our confidence and we forget who we really are, sometimes.
Sometimes even if we know is real, this is not enough. However, every time is real we grow.
Every time we feel in our hearts, our minds completely still and balanced even for a minute, another state of being is felt. We become aware of it. It informs us of everything we need to know at the moment, blessing us with joy and blissful happiness.
That we should be grateful for.
For the opportunity to reach that state of being inside of us. To be able to feel these uplifting and astonishing feelings. And from this level of consciousness, we give.
We give because we live in the abundance of Love itself.
In order to experience it first, you need to go deeper. Inside. Explore the space within.
Let the unconditional love uncover in front of your very eyes.
And just let it be….
It will always take you where you need to be at this specific moment in time….
