Conflicts – the power of I’m sorry, Please forgive me, I thank you, I love you

I’m sorry, please forgive me, I thank you, I love you. Magical words combination. Moreover, an ancient Hawaiian spiritual practice – “Hooponopono”.
Whoever is interested in “Hooponopono” there is plenty of information on the internet.
Though, this article is not focused so much on the ancient practice, I recommend if you are interested in it, check it out.

Friends, I have a confession to make. I don’t like conflicts or arguing in general. I believe us human beings can live a harmonious life, with compassion, love and understanding.

Still, sadly from my observation, most of the people live in constant conflicts with their partner, kids, relatives, coworkers or with themselves. It could be a conscious one or a subconscious one.

We often have these judgemental thoughts coming to our minds and staying there for quite some time. Stealing our positive experience and perception of life. Colouring our life in grey colours. We tend to get used to this persistent irritation and dissatisfaction from every situation and almost everyone we know. We are never happy. Never content.

At some point in a moment of clarity, we might begin wondering: What is going on with me?
Is this how it is supposed to be?

See, we all feel like that sometimes. Like no one gets us. We feel misunderstood, alone…
It might get to a point where we start believing that there is no love left inside of us. That we are incapable of feeling and giving love, we are not a good companion anymore. It can lead to isolation and despair.

Taking back the control

That’s the moment to take back your control over your thinking.

As a matter of fact, that’s all, it is.

It is an innocent misunderstanding. Nothing more.

We just got carried away. We believed in our thinking in the moment.

Furthermore our consciousness like the “Genie from the lamp” makes all of these thoughts real for us so we could experience life.

However, this is just an illusion. A made-up reality…

Plus it can change…

Check this out…

Our experience of life changes, when our thoughts change.

The situations are neutral. What makes them good or bad for us is the personal filters from the past. We look to life trough these filters all the time.

The power of I’m Sorry, Please forgive me….

It seems that when we say I’m sorry we are somehow weaker. Guess which psychological delusion tells you that?

That’s right – our old friend – The Ego…

It always wants to remind us of our superiority. That we are more, we can’t be wrong, we can’t make mistakes.

I like this saying:

“It is easy to see the grain in somebody’s eye, but not the plank in your own.”

It is easier to point outside of you.

But, you know, it is also as easy to get into the trap of your thinking. To completely identify with it. To let it blur your vision and understanding.

It is also easy to say – I’m sorry, fellow human being.

I was just caught up in the stream of negative thoughts which resulted in this specific way of behaviour.

Please forgive me for being a human being, again. For falling a level of consciousness for a moment. I know deep inside my sincere thoughts and feelings for you are pure and beautiful.

I thank you, my friend, for being next to me in this challenging psychological time.
Thank you for being in my life and letting me walk beside you. That’s a privilege.

I love, our friendship, our partnership, our family …..

I love myself and I also love you.

Because there lies the answer to all our problems and misunderstandings.

Acting from a place of love is always the best way to resolve conflicts.

Any unpleasant situation. You never know what will happen. What state of consciousness the opposite side may be. But you will always know you gave your best self, the best option for this relationship to heal itself.

And that, my friend, is enough.

That is all we need. For one of the sides to go beyond Ego mind. To choose Love, and the positive thoughts coming to mind. Focus on them. Nourish them and let the Universal mind do its job. Guide us to the best possible resolution for all of the involved participants.

And it’s always there, 100% trustable, having our backs. Allowing us to be our true selves.

Unconditional Love itself.

There is so much power in this little article. If you feel the message in there, I guarantee, your relationships on every level will transform magically, my friends.

Just remember whenever possible go beyond the Ego, act from a place of Love and compassion, go beyond pride and say: I’m sorry, Please forgive me, I thank you, I love you and see miracles happening in front of your very eyes.

With that said,

I will wrap it up here,

I wish you the best of luck in your relationships,

More wisdom to come soon,

With all my Love,

Dimmi
