How to cope with depression?

In this article, I will go into the deep with you…

Read slowly, reflect and listen for a beautiful feeling…

It comes straight out of my heart.

I believe this little piece of information has the power to transform lives as I’ve seen it first-hand so many times.

So let’s dive in…

I have one question for you.

Listen carefully, please take time to really notice what comes to mind.

Do you know, what causes our human experience?

Where does this experience come from?

Have you asked yourself this question before?

Hm, it is actually more than one question, however, they are all connected as you can see.

Let me share my understanding of it with you, my friends.

I see it this way:

We are creating our reality by combining these Three principles: divine thought, consciousness and Universal Mind.

It is as simple yet super powerful…

Let’s dig a bit deeper…

Universal Mind

The Universal Mind always has our backs, so there is always hope.

The Universal Mind, the spiritual intelligence of all life, the Universe;

If you’re religious – your God or Gods;

However, you call it,…

or maybe just this energy behind everything…

Simply know that it is there, we’re all made of this spiritual energy and intelligence before we came to these bodies.

If you’re just present.

If you concentrate on what are the aromas around…,
what you’re seeing right now…,
or how the green grass feels under your feet…,

on the green trees…,
listening to the birds, to the sounds…

Here is the big thing about depression

At this very moment, you can’t feel depressed because you are here, you are present.

Consequently, if you fill your heart with this gratitude that we are alive, we are still here, we have loved ones, some people care about us.

If you only fill yourself with this gratitude I believe that you can’t feel depressed at the moment.

Gratitude and love is the answer to everything and that’s what is bringing us closer to the spiritual awareness that we are.

So try and be present friends, that’s the most important thing we can learn in this physical reality.

Not going back to our sad thoughts from the past, nor creating some future scary movies for ourselves.

In the now, it’s where the magic happens. Where we can feel our existence.
We can see who we are and what we are made of.

When the sad thoughts come, you have the power to ignore them, to not pay attention to them.

In other words, not to entertain them.

Free will

You have the choice to not feel guilty.

If you’re judging yourself somehow or if you think: How can I think like that.

What a bad person I’m.

Just know that you’re not thinking your thoughts, they’re just floating.

They come in and they leave…

Moreover, if you don’t react to these thoughts nothing is going to happen.

Hence, you have the power to react or not to react to your negative thoughts.

Quiet Mind

Quieten your mind and get rid of the confusion. We human beings can be very confused. The speed of our thinking is just unbelievable.

So many thoughts keep us from actually doing something.

Therefore, less thinking and more action, my friends.
